At Johor's sports center, a group of enthusiastic kids, aged 5 to 16, are gearing up for the upcoming Helaz BMX Series. Their excitement is palpable as they train hard for the next race set to take place at the Arena BMX @ Nilai in Negeri Sembilan.
Today's practice focused on boosting their strength and fitness levels. These budding riders are passionate about BMX and are pouring their hearts into improving their skills.
However, BMX Johor aim isn't solely fixated on this race, it's much broader. We're determined to develop and protect young talent and possibly see some of them competing in the 2028 Olympics.
Guided by Coach Mohd Muzaini Musa and supportive parents, these youngsters are not only showcasing their love for BMX but also their potential. Winning the upcoming race matters, but their sights are set on a grander dream - representing their country in the Olympics and making their mark.
As the event draws nearer, these dedicated kids are working tirelessly, driven by their big dreams. They want to demonstrate that with dedication and aspiration, remarkable achievements are within reach!
